Component Fabrication
The process begins with the fabrication of individual seat components. Advanced laser cutting machines precisely cut steel sheets to form the seat frame and support structures.
Cushioning and Upholstery
The process starts on the foaming line, where high-density foam is molded to fit the seat's contours, providing comfort and support for the operator
Assembly and Quality Control
All components come together in a carefully orchestrated process. Workers and automated systems install additional features such as adjustment mechanisms, seat belts.
Focus on details
Skilled workers use industrial sewing machines to stitch together durable, weather-resistant fabrics. The covers are then carefully fitted over the foam and frame. A full-automatic coating line may be used to apply protective finishes to exposed metal parts, enhancing durability and resistance to corrosion
Pefect to deliver
Each seat undergoes rigorous quality control checks, including stress tests and visual inspections, to ensure it meets the high standards required for order request. The completed seats are then packaged and prepared for shipment
