We pack by carton, if delivery by LCL, we suggest our customers pack by pallet. And the customers should pay for the pallet.

Normally, one pallet can load 12-24cartons.

1. Q: What’s the delivery time?

A: It usually takes about 15 working days to produce an order from MOQ to 40HQ container. But the exact delivery time might be different for different orders or at different time.

2. Q: Can I mix different models in one container?

A: Yes, different models can be mixed in one container, but the quantity of each model should not be less than MOQ.

3. Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A: We provide 12 months quality warranty after dispatch,and some free easy abrasion spares of machine,we also provide long time free technical advisory services and technical clonsluting services.

6.Q: When we receive your seats ,is there any other Accessories we will get?

A: Yes,some easy abrasion spare parts will be provided free in case when some small problems happen.
